School Education- the Backbone of the Nation!

Teaching (School Education) entails much more than simply delivering classroom lessons. Knowledge, class management, and planning are all important, but they aren’t always effective.

School education is the backbone of any nation. In the initial stages, students’ minds are trained to be creative and innovative. If students are not properly involved in the early years of education, they can’t be involved in the later stages. These early years require strict care by parents, teachers and administrators to prepare a good nation.

A teacher’s job is to simplify the content of the book to the level of his/her students and to engage them productively. He/She must answer learners queries. To satisfy the students, s/he must use an appropriate teaching methodology and language. Sorry, but s/he’s not a teacher if s/he can’t. His/her students must consult Google and YouTube.

Teaching entails much more than simply delivering classroom lessons. Knowledge, class management, and planning are all important, but they aren’t always effective. True teaching begins with the heart. Someone who isn’t passionate about teaching hasn’t even taken the first step into the world of teaching. Learning revolves around motivation. No one can inspire learners unless they have passion. When students are inspired, they are more eager to learn. This hunger, this spark, compels the students toward their true objective.Your learners are so lucky if you’re an inspiring teacher.

It is estimated that about 75 billion smart devices will be connected to the network up to 2025. These devices may be used by the teachers and institutions to productively engage the learners in the classroom and home.

Mobile devices can be used for Flipped Classrooms. Flipped Classroom (FC) is the new way of teaching, exactly reverse to the traditional one. In this method, teachers record videos and send them to the students. Students watch these video at home and do the related activities and homework at school under teacher supervision.

Although we may not have permission to use it in public schools. However, we can introduce our students to new trends in teaching and learning. It’s true, we can’t change government policies as teachers. We do not have the power to change the parents’ opinion or their financial situation. However, we can make the most of our time. We have the ability to engage, motivate and inspire our students. It is a universal truth that the education system is only as good as its teachers. Let’s demonstrate that we are competent, dedicated and that we are role models for our students.
