Good manners can help your children build strong relationships with others, make a good impression, and show respect for themselves and others. Teaching children manners is not only important for their social development but also for their future success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is not uncommon for our children to mock or embarrass us as parents in public. They do not greet guests or ask for food in front of them. It is also often seen that young children do not speak respectfully to adults. There are many habits that should be taught to children from the beginning and they should be properly trained.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/afzalbadshah.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/fcabd-1ysnq0two9paxvk1m_nvryw.jpeg?w=640&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Author with his son, practising object recognition<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Parents are role model<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Children often imitate their parents in manners such as the way they speak, dress, and behave in social situations. Please, write down your style in the comment;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Greeting others,<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Saying \u201cplease\u201d and \u201cthank you\u201d,<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Respecting elders,<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Being kind,<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Having good eating habits,<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Taking care of cleanliness,<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Having an excellent attitude,<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Saying \u201cGod bless you\u201d<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Make a list of these manners and how you can train your children in them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you practice good manners at home, in the office, or while talking on the phone, children will follow them. Once the child starts practicing these good habits, praise them. My two-year-old asks for applause when he follows such habits because we have been rewarding him for every good habit. You should also explain to the children why these exercises are important for life; this will give them a reason and purpose to follow. Never skip these methods; follow them continuously so that they become embedded in the child\u2019s subconscious.
