Negativity is not a problem of this era only; it has been a problem of every\u00a0age.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Negativity is not a problem of this era only, it has been a problem of every age. Particularly for those who follow the laws of nature or a straight line but are not trained for society. There is a toxic atmosphere in the office, society and it is very difficult to live and work in such as environment. It takes a long time to accept it. We need to acknowledge the fact that this negativity has existed since time immemorial and will continue to exist, but how can we cope with this toxic environment?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Negativity is not a problem of this era only, it has been a problem of every age.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

There is a well-known story that a hardworking young man works in a company but is fed up with the negative and toxic environment of the company. One day he goes to the boss office (with his resignation) to say that your company is very good. It pays well but the internal environment of the company is very bad. Employees speak against each other and are part of a negative kind of competition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Line followers people, fed up in this toxic environment.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

The boss thought for a moment and then told the employee, \u201cOK, I\u2019ll accept your resignation, but let\u2019s do something before that\u201d. The employee agrees and the boss tells him to fill the glass with water and take a full tour of the gallery. The employee fills the glass and walks around the gallery and then goes to the boss\u2019s office. Not a single drop of water fell down.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The boss asks, When you had a glass in your hand and were walking in the gallery, did you see someone talking against each other? The employee responds in the negative. The boss asks further, did you see anyone talking to each other? The employee\u2019s response was negative. The boss tells him that it\u2019s not about the environment that it is negative. it\u2019s about how busy you are with your work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He continues, you didn\u2019t even listen to a single word around you when your full concentration was on the glass to take it carefully and not fill even a single drop. There wasn\u2019t a single person in the gallery. Listen, if you were to freely walk through the gallery, you would notice that everyone is conversing with one another.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You don\u2019t notice this negativity if you stay focused on your work and your objectives. If you become engrossed in this negativity, it indicates that you are not entirely focused on your objectives. You\u2019re not giving it your all when it comes to getting to your destination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
